Aka, turn off wifi, reboot the device, wait, turn back on wifi, hope that it connects to the right node/leaf, at 5Ghz, and the only way to see it on a mobile device is via the eero app, vs I can see the wifi connection information on the Mac's.At this point I am not sure what else todo? We do have 4x4K TV's, all typically streaming some type of content at any given modem. 1000Mbps > 500Mbps > 100Mbps on average.I also understand that if a specific device connects at 2.4 they will be slower than if they connect to 5Ghz, and forcing devices to connect at 5Ghz isn't always that simple, especially when you have a lot of Apple products in the house to test with. Cutting half the speed, then half the speed again. When the MacPro for some reasons connects to the living room eero (the next closest one, and also the main one) it then gets 50-100Mbps.If I use one of the MacBook Pro's in my master bedroom, connected to a leaf in the master bedroom, I get about the same speeds over wifi (100-150Mbps) and 200-250Mbps hardwired to that leaf.If I remove the leafs, my ring cameras and things outside either won't connect, and/or they are then running to slow so the qualify on the cameras go down. What doesn't make sense, is the "mesh" part of the system doesn't seem to be working, and it seems to be acting more like WiFi repeaters. My modem looks fine, lights are on, etc, but all my eero's just drop offline, they come back, drop again, come back, drop again, the only thing that fixes them is to manually walk around and reboot them all, that seems to fix the issue every time. After being on the phone with support for 2 hours, and the rep telling me that they were going to escalate it to tier 2, and I would get a response within a few days, and never receiving one, I called back today, 20 days later, the new rep told me the case was never escalated right, so I guess tier 2 is now looking at it?On a side note, my eero's continue to keep just going offline. And yes, if I do a hardwire test at that time, I am still getting 900Mbps+.What should I do next? Any help would be great.U/6roybatty6 fyi. Firefox 40 download for macIt looks like they keep just rebooting/restarting? But either way couldn't see anything at all on their end. I have screen shots I took on my phone from the APP, from it going offline and online, some of the units being online some being offline, over and over gain for about 30 mins.
